Digital Marketing Strategist

Digital Marketing Strategist: This will require you to conceptualise the digital marketing road-map and to implement the same.

Only high energy individuals with strong communication, analytical and creative thinking skills needed!

Digital Marketing (65%) :
  1. Aid the founding team in creating the brand's digital strategy
  2. Create, test and execute campaigns across channels (social, email, SEM, SEO, affiliate, etc) to add new users, increase engagement and drive conversions.
  3. Gather and analyze customer data to inform advertising spends and channel allocations
  4. Create and deploy testing infrastructure to monitor the effectiveness of campaigns across channels
Content Sourcing & Management (25%) :
  1. Aid in developing campaign & channel specific content strategy
  2. Reach out to potential subject matter experts and bring them on board to generate content.
  3. Support content creation through developing content schedules and managing the creation of blog, print, video and other multimedia
  4. Occasionally contribute content
Offline Marketing (10%) :
  1. Develop relevant pitches and collaterals to assist in sales
  2. Collaborate with product and sales and customer experience teams to identify key areas for growth

Required experience :

  • MBA preferred, with specialization in marketing.
  • Comfortable & well versed with use of Facebook, Twitter, Quora, Yahoo Answers, Slideshare, Youtube, Pinterest and other social platforms to drive traffic.
  • Deep understanding of SEO/SEM/SMM, social and viral mechanics
  • Comfortable with GA and web marketing technologies such as Localytics, Optimizely, AppsFlyer, AppVirality, KissMetrics, ClickTale etc
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest changes and trends in digital marketing
  • Team-focused and highly collaborative
  • Self-motivated.
Sales Head
  • Position: Sales Head
  • Industry: Financial Services
  • Experience: 2 to 6 years of relevant experience
  • Location: Banglore
Overview :
  1. This is a role with a high-level of ownership, wherein the right candidate will be considered as part of the - Core team- of the company, and will be considered for ah an equity component at the start-up.
  2. This is a straddle role. Where you are expected to do front line sales till you build the sales team and machinery.
  3. The scope would include all retail financial products such as loans, insurance & investment products (ie MFs and FDs), at the start.
Responsibilities :
  1. Set up and run a DST for banking, insurance products and mutual funds.
  2. Expected to be able to lead a front line sales team to delivery and stack up the numbers.
  3. Supplement delivery efforts to ensure that offline leads that are sourced are converted and the sales process closed.
  4. Help the product-manager build out the loan lead generation engine and bring market and customer insights to improve it.
  5. Develop & strengthen the online sales lead generation portal.
  6. Help build a tele-calling team
Eligibility :
  1. 2-5years of relevant experience
  2. Must have experience in the financial services domain and in leading a team.
  3. Must have set up a new team/ branch /office / vertical and have risen up the ranks with experience and performance.
  4. The candidate should understand and be able to build the sales (& marketing) strategy. The candidate should bring industry insight and offer a strategic perspective. Yet have the patience to start at the front line in the initial months and build a top performing sales team.
  5. Have the imagination to understand how the internet is going to disrupt the traditional way of selling loan & investment products.
  6. Excellent communication skills and energy & patience to build an organisation.
